6,800 new projects added to the EEFIG DEEP database

As of October 2021, we have added 6,800 new energy efficiency projects in industry and buildings to the Energy Efficiency Financial Institutions Group (EEFIG) DEEP database. With this addition the DEEP database now includes 24,000 energy efficiency projects with 11,000+ projects in buildings and 12,000+ projects in industry.

Most of the added projects originate from Sweden, Denmark, Bulgaria, Latvia and the US. All of these projects have been implemented within the last 5 years, and clearly show that many attractive investment opportunities in energy efficiency in buildings and industry remain to be realised in Europe.
